1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are custom-made and require time for artwork creation and approval.
  • Artwork Approval: Once you approve your custom artwork, production begins.
  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days after artwork approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is in production.

3. Shipping Times and Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply).
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders with standard shipping only.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided link to track your package’s status in real time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Lost Packages: Contact us at kat@kellokat.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.
  • Damaged Packages: Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order information. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement if applicable.

7. Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate at checkout. If you realize an error, please contact us immediately at kat@kellokat.com. Address changes may not be possible once the order is in transit.

8. Custom Artwork Timelines

As all orders are custom-made, delivery timelines may be affected by the artwork creation and approval process. Delays in artwork approval by the customer will result in extended processing times. We recommend responding promptly to ensure a smooth process.

9. Holidays and Peak Times

During holiday seasons or peak times, shipping and processing may take longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
